In the spring of 2020, Charlotte and Salomon embarked on a new adventure, moving from Los Angeles to the picturesque region of Österlen, Sweden, to relaunch Scobybaby kombucha.

Salomon, an innovative art curator, initially created Scobybaby in New York as a by-product of his SCOBY sculptures, which quickly became a hit at his gallery openings. Embracing its popularity, he transformed it into a unique blend of art and beverage. (2011)

Scobybaby's journey took it to Los Angeles, and then across the globe to places like Russia, Japan, and Mexico acompaning Salomon for various art installations and pop-ups. (2014)

Now settled in the charming town of Brösarp, Scobybaby combines global flavors with local Swedish produce, making it a vibrant addition to the farm-to-table culture of Österlen. Today, Scobybaby can be found across Skåne, Stockholm, and Copenhagen, promising a truly unique kombucha experience.
