With a background as an art curator, Salomon created Scobybaby as one of his conceptual art pieces.
It began with a sculpture made from a SCOBY, and the idea evolved into nurturing the live bacteria in kombucha with his own curated recipe of culture and positive energy.
His kombucha, nicknamed "crack-juice" for its addictive deliciousness, quickly flew off the shelves. Later when he moved back to his native Los Angeles, he founded Scobybaby and has been sharing his passion in every bottle since.
